Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized, evidence-based speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging therapy sessions to pediatric clients (ages 0–14).
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, families, and team members to support client goals.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and high-energy clinic culture.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Degree or certificate from an approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the State of California.
- Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience in a pediatric setting is preferred, though passionate, newly licensed SLPAs are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong confidence working with pediatric populations and their families.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, adaptability, and a high level of professional integrity.
